My attempt in building this WEB site was to make it simple enough for the not-so-savvy computer user, but still make it “interesting” enough for the more advanced. That was NOT easy. And after all, the primary purpose is to sell the book!

On the opening page, you are encouraged to “post” comments, obviously after you read the book. Feel free to express your notion; don’t “white-wash” it. If you have found errors, you may express those. And, some may have different or additional information (or opinions) regarding specific parts of the book (especially the historical areas). But, keep in mind that most of the opinions set forth in the book are mine!

If you have difficulties with your downloading, first please review the “Ordering Information” page. If your problem or issue is not addressed there, please send an email to the WEBmaster ( that’s me!) and you will receive a prompt response. The same applies to any other technical issue you may be experiencing.

When making a Comment, you will see the “CAPTCHA Code (required)” box. This is so that, by inserting the “code” word you see, this will prevent the hundreds of spam we receive (spam cannot read that code). If you have a problem reading it, click on the speaker icon and it will be read to you. Or click on the Refresh Image icon and it will generate another code word.

On another issue, please compose Comments and other postings with dialog that is not demeaning or offensive. Profanity will NOT be allowed!
